VISA INFORMATION:

Requirements for Visa

1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Correct visa fee.
3. Two passport size photographs (5 photographs in case of Pakistani Nationals).
4. Supporting documents, where necessary.
5. Duly completed application form (Pakistani and Bangladeshi Nationals need to apply on special application forms).
6. Tourist Visa

Tourists wishing to visit India will normally be granted tourist visas for up to six months, effective from the date of issue. Tourist visas are non-extendible and non-convertible. There is no extra charge for multiple-entry tourist visas. Travel Agents who have to visit India frequently may be granted tourist visas for a longer duration.

Necessary documents for a Tourist visa :

1. 2 passport-size photos.
2. Passport valid at least 6 months.
3. Flight reservation both ways OR copy of the plane ticket.
4. Completed visa form.
5. Payment of the visa fee.
   

Business Visa :
Business Visas are normally granted on application and production of proof of business.

Necessary documents for Business visa :

1. 2 passport-size photos.
2. Passport valid at least 6 months.
3. Flight reservation both ways OR copy of the plane ticket.
4. Completed visa form.
5. Payment of the visa fee.
6. Letter of invitation from the company in India.
7. Note from the company in Romania which should contain:
   • name of the person going to India
   • position in the company
   • location in India
   • purpose of the trip
   • period of stay in India
   • who will bear the expenditure
